How does it work?
After booking, you will be emailed your e-ticket. Keep this safe as you’ll need to show it on arrival. Upon your arrival a team member will greet you and check you in.
I’ve booked and paid for my ticket but I can’t see it in my emails?

How will I hear the movie?
We have a cinema quality sound system which will ensure clear sound throughout the movie.
Will there be toilet facilities available?
Yes there will be toilets provided at all cinema nights. Please note, they will be portable toilets.
Will there be alcohol?
We have a fully licensed bar located onsite, which sells a selection of alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks and freshly made popcorn. When you leave the venue please take and dispose any litter correctly and be considerate of local residents. If you are driving, please drink responsibly and always ensure that you have a designated driver who does not drink alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse sale at the bar and ask customers to leave the venue, without a refund, if the safety of other customers is at risk.
Will I have a good view?
We’ve set the open air cinemas so that everyone will have a fantastic view of the screen. The height of our screens and quality of audio means that you will have the perfect spot to enjoy the movie. Our team will endeavour to meet any specific requirements you may have, just speak to one of our team.
How close will the party next to me be?
We will follow follow current government guidelines in relation to COVID-19.
What time does the movie start?
The time on the ticket is the time the movie starts. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start time on the ticket.
What time should I arrive?
We will open the gates one hour prior to the start of the movie. This allows time to check in, find your perfect spot and chance for you to get any food or drink for the movie.
Can I bring my own food?
Of course, feel free to bring your own snacks for the movie.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No you cannot bring your own alcohol on site. Due to licensing regulations, only alcohol purchased on site, from the bar, is to be consumed at the venue. Customers will be refused entry, without a refund, if alcohol purchased elsewhere is brought onsite.
Can I bring my children?
Children are permitted at our events, but please be aware that they must adhere to the movie’s certification and our stewards/security staff will check to make sure that all audience members are the suitable age to see the film. Valid photo ID will be required for anyone we believe to be under the age certification of the movie. The following ID can be used as proof of age: Current Passport, current UK Driver’s Licence or Provisional Licence, Citizen Card.

Will the movies still go ahead if there’s bad weather?
Our screens are suitable for any weather conditions that are thrown at us! If for whatever reason the movie cannot go ahead, we will endeavour to let everyone know who has booked with us as soon as possible. We advise that you check local weather forecasts when planning your visit. Should the event not go ahead, we will offer alternative dates on any tickets purchased,

Do I need to print my ticket?
You can either print your ticket out or show the confirmation on your phone when you are being checked in. A member of staff will need to scan the QR code which is featured on your ticket.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
YES! We do have a kiosk that tickets can be purchased at if you haven’t pre booked.
Do I need to wear a face covering?
Currently no face coverings are required. However, should the government guidelines change, we will update the website accordingly. Please check our website before arriving.
What happens when the film is over?
When the film ends, a steward will be on hand to guide you towards the exit and our festoon lights will be turned on. We ask that you are considerate when leaving.
Can I get an exchange or refund on my ticket?
We are dedicated to making sure that you do not miss out on a trip to the movie so we offer a no-quibble ‘film swap’ where your ticket can be exchanged for an alternative film. Please see our full terms and conditions on our REFUND POLICY.
